2/23/2015 1 Comment Tipping The Scales of JusticeWhen I met my husband, over 8 years ago now, he had about 6 traffic tickets he was appealing in court. In the big city of Dallas, Texas, officers rarely show for court, and the ticket and fines are waived. Regardless, he would take along his license and proof of insurance to support his case and cause each and every time. If there was a witness in the car, or any other supporting facts, he would be sure to bring those along with him as well. Could you imagine on a larger scale, if in a double homicide case, you were on trial, and your court date is full underway. You stand before the council and judge, with a decent lawyer with a name that's fairly popular, and has a record of winning. However you stand silently before the court when it's your turn to speak. I'm not talking about the fifth amendment being used as protection here. I'm talking about quietly think about your case and facts and hoping somehow in your silence and solitude, that you'll be heard by both the judge and the jury. Maybe you think that's absurd. So let's take another angle. You open your mouth, and words come fluttering out- like a lot of words. Nice words. Pretty and eloquent words. Words that sound smart, full of intelligence, because they're long and fluffy. But that's all they are. You've neglected to include facts, evidence, support. Your lawyer is left helpless- you defenseless- because he is unable to help you when the evidence and documents necessary are strewn about your home rather than being used in this moment of justice. It sounds obnoxious. We would all be much more prepared if on trial where the death penalty is lurking about. But we do it- you, and I- often. Most everyday. Or maybe, you're not even approaching the bench. It's a lesson in faith I'm learning everyday. It's one I've heard, and maybe likewise, you yourself have also heard. But we can't just sit by and listen anymore. We have to act on what we know, and put motion to our understanding, otherwise it becomes knowledge instead of wisdom. I've had a lot of people say they are "praying for" us. Or "thinking of" us all. And I'm not suggesting that this is you- yes you- specifically, but as a general blanket statement, all of us at times. Because it's easy. And it's convenient. And it requires little effort. How are you praying? How am I praying? Because that's our opportunity to approach the bench. The bench of the most high God, who is seated above the earth, in high and lofty places, and yet not far from us; ready and waiting to move on our behalf. But most of us, when the opportunity to pray comes, sit silently. Sit in solitude. As if our silence will somehow protest against the gates of hell, and open God's mercy like a flood. I'm sorry friends, but this isn't the way to do it. Sure, silence is good. Sure practicing moments and disciplining our lives which are scurried about, with solitude is necessary and beneficial. But it's not praying. The enemy prowls around like a ROARING lion. He likes to toot his own horn. What makes you think you'll be able to chase him off and defend yourself or other with a pathetic moment of silence? Moments of silence are for showing respect to a flag, a person, a cause. Moments of silence are used to show submission and designate authority to the one who is speaking. It's why children are told to be quiet while being instructed. It's why we wait silently during funerals and weddings. We take moments of silence to honor service men and women, or martyrs of the cross, because their lives and deaths can be pondered for our own selves. But I urge you to not "pray silently". A mere thought will not suffice in the battle. Especially a battle of life and death as with Esther Jubilee. Don't "think happy thoughts" and certainly don't call your silence praying. You're showing respect, honor, and giving authority to an enemy who will not easily be silenced by a hush. Instead we need to be loud, and aggressive, and certain of our case before God- and in the face of adversity. The next category, and usually my downfall is here- simply because I am naturally a loud person, is opening our mouths to pray fervently. Allowing words to escape that are eloquent, and intelligent, and long and pretty. They sound nice and would look pretty on paper too. But they're meaningless in defending the case for which you're standing. See the only evidence that is of value in the "court" of the Almighty is His word. It's like the book of laws and regulations, both civil and criminal, 2015-and any other year edition. The bible is what He sees as truth. It holds both the law and the scales of mercy and grace, and is used to weigh everything else. You can beg and plead, you can cry and scream, you can work up a sweat, jump up and down, and fall on your face in prayer, but it's not much of anything, other than a cardio session, without the power of the Word. We need to be presenting the evidence that is the Truth, to our natural circumstances, and against the enemy. Saying "Father" 100 times, or phrases we've heard our pastors or parents pray over and over, isn't effective. It's not a formula. It's using the word of God to combat the enemy. It's also the example we are given by Jesus. He used the Word of God, verbatim, to rebuke and cast out the enemy when in the dessert. It's why the bible says we will live not by "bread alone, but by every WORD that proceeds from the mouth of God." You want to know what God's will is, and what God says about your situation: get in the word. Start praying the Word. And watch your circumstances change. Don't be fooled either- by name it claim it theology. The Bible isn't full of verses and chapters of Jesus giving people new cars and better homes to "help" in their dire circumstances. He gives them what they really need, over what they want usually. For example, the Samaritan woman at the well- who thinks she needs to get some water from the well, and yet Jesus tells her to "drink of Him" and never thirst again. It's also why Peter and John prayed with and allowed God to heal the lame man at the temple, and didn't fill his pockets. They replied to his request for cash, by saying "silver and gold have I none", and instead gave the man Jesus. But the power of the spoken Word is what will be the convicting evidence to win the favor of the court long before the closing argument. Now in our situation specifically, there are plenty of people who say they're praying. But I can't guarantee they are really, effectively, beseeching God on our behalf. So I want to equip you with some of the Word, in case you really want to be part of the prayer of faith that heals the sick, and just don't know how or where to start. I'm going to list some verses. And then list an example prayer. But remember that you can use the word to combat the enemy in any situation. It doesn't have to be the healing of Esther Jubilee. It may be the deliverance of a family member. The search for a job. The transition to a new location. Whatever the case may be, God's word is ready and available to pray for any circumstance. Here we go! 3 John 2 "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." Father I thank you that your word says that you desire above all things that we would prosper and be in health. I thank you that you are wanting health for Esther Jubilee, and that even as her soul flourishes and is growing and prospering, her health is growing and prospering. Jeremiah 17:14 "Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise." I thank you Lord, that your word says that if you heal the sick, they will be healed. And that if you save, they will be saved. So I praise you and thank you for healing and saving Esther jubilee. Ezekiel 34:16 (Amplified Version) "I will seek that which was lost and bring back that which has strayed, and I will bandage the hurt and the crippled and will strengthen the weak and the sick...." Father God, you alone seek the lost and bring back what has been gone, and I thank you that just as your word says, you will bring about the necessary cells and life to heal Esther Jubilee's head and brain and skull. I thank you that your word says you bandage the hurt and crippled and that you strengthen the weak and sick, and so even now, you are bandaging, and strengthening, Esther jubilee. Luke 10:19 "Behold, I give unto you power (authority) to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Father I thank you that you've given me authority over ALL the power of the enemy. Including sickness and diseases. I thank you thank NOTHING will hurt or harm Esther Jubilee, according to your Word. Isaiah 41:10 "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Father, I will not be afraid, for You are with me. I will not be dismayed, for You are my God. I thank you that you will strengthen me and my faith. And help me to pray effectively for Esther. And I thank you that You are also her God, and You will help her and uphold her with Your righteous right hand. Proverbs 3:7-8 "Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones. Lord Jesus, I look to you, and not myself for wisdom. For I know nothing apart from You. I worship You alone. I thank you that your word is health to Esther Jubilee's flesh, and that You are strength to her bones. Malachi 4:2-3 "But unto you that fear (reverence, worship) My name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings; and you shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. You shall trample the wicked for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day that I do this says the Lord of hosts" I thank you Lord that because I worship you and honor you, and Your name, that You will rise with healing, and that Esther Jubilee will go forth, and grow up, just as young cattle grow and are able to walk themselves from the cattle stall, she will be able to function and be in health all the days of her life. I thank you that YOU trample and crush the wicked, and that the enemy has no power above You, and he is under your feet and your rule and authority. I'm not asking you to pray these prayers word for word. But I do want show you an example of what aggressive, effective, prayer from the Word looks like. Because we often find ourselves mumbling out a few words- be it sincere or not. But the enemy isn't moved as far or with force, as when we speak out and pray out loud, the Word of God. If you are thinking "how can I pray these verses unless I look at them?" Then you need to memorize them. Memorize one. The shortest one if you want. I don't care. Get that thing in your heart and all messy all over yourself. And when you pray, let it come up out of the inside of you, and watch the power of God - both heal and restore my daughter, and also build your own faith! Don't fight the enemy empty handed. Don't present a case without evidence. Not medical evidence. Not personal experience as evidence. Not what Google says, or what you feel like saying. Because that's all "hearsay". The only evidence that's valid in the presence of God, is His word. In fact, as high and mighty as His name is, the word tells us that He has magnified His Word ABOVE His name. So get reading. And then get praying.

2/22/2015 1 Comment How He LovesValentine's came and went this year for Paco and I like every other year. We don't really care for the hullabaloo concerning the cards and chocolate frenzy. Call us cynical, but we would rather do other things with our time and money than purchase cheap candies or dying flowers in hot pink and red packaging, that's been marked up to eight times its original value. But for me, this year was different. Many people went to the movies, to dinner, to dance. But the morning of the 14th, I got a sweet sweet word from the King of Kings, and regardless of whether it ever came or not, He has won my heart. I don't know how many days have passed since we got Esther Jubilee's diagnosis. I don't remember the date. I can't remember the day of the week. I guess I could go looking for it, and chalk it up as a "memorial" of sorts to feel sad and full of despair in the future. But that day really marks more of a growth spurt for me. So to mourn and feel bad would be such a waste of energy. I can tell you, the day God showed up and spoke to me about her healing. Call me crazy. But February 14th, was like a "love note" from the Master and Majestic One. I truly believe that Esther Jubilee is already healed. That she's made whole and perfect. I had a dream that night, in which I could see her hands and feet, her face, and her complete head - perfectly round and whole. Like a box of chocolates- except much much much better. I won't know the facts and see manifestation of that answer until the day she arrives. Because I also believe that God spoke to me saying I shouldn't look back. We see in the Bible where people looked back (Lot's wife, discipled as they were called) and they were either rebuked or turned to salt. I don't need to revisit the enemy's territory. Because the territory has been God's all along. My job is to press forward and take back what's been stolen. If you've been reading at all, and this whole "God speaking" thing seems strange- don't worry. I'm not a person suffering from dementia or hearing voices- though I fully believe God can audibly speak whenever He please. It's more like nudges on the inside. Peace that supersedes what I should be anxious over. Ideas that are contrary to my natural thinking. Dreams- much like the one I had. Maybe He's speaking to you. Maybe He's been writing you a long love letter and you've not yet recognized it's even from Him. But whether you're pregnant or not, single or not, whatever- I can tell you, He's pursuing you. Now that some time has passed, people's curiosity has returned, and questions swarm. Everyone keeps asking when we get more news. When we hear back. What happens next. We had the option to terminate- no kill- this baby. We chose to allow her life to be full regardless of location, in or outside of the womb. We saw a specialist- who could not see the extent of the diagnosis because her head was so far down. (Trust me- they tried. I was being poked and prodded like cattle). We then had the choice of seeing the specialist continually, or to return to normal prenatal visits with our regular provider. There's nothing they will do or attempt at this point medically. So there's no need to subject ourselves to the negative outlook of the specialist. There's also no need to revisit the images we either couldn't see, or believe to have changed. Call it denial, or ignorance- but I call it faith, knowing that what I can't see - is taking place. So now we wait. We get to hear her heartbeat at each visit- which is now (just like any other pregnancy) every two weeks. I'm just now 29 weeks- and into my third trimester. There's nothing else much different about this pregnancy compared to others. Miraculous included. I feel fine. I feel good. Normally I would be whining about how my back hurts and I'm always hot and everything is heavy. But I just can't find it as big of an importance to whine about such trivial things. Esther Jubilee moves- often- and with great force. She's growing stronger by the minute. Medical professionals will tell you that Anencephalic babies cannot hear or see because of the lack of brain tissue. But I can assure you, she hears quite well. I will play healing scriptures over my stomach, and she jolts all around as if being operated on without anesthesia. Don't tell me that the Word of God is void of power! It's alive, and it brings health and healing to the very narrow of our bones. She will be the proof. People have asked if we will opt for another scan. And today, I honestly don't know. If asked this minute, I would say no. Because as I said before- I truly believe she's already been healed. And there's no need to see with a camera, what our eyes will see once she exits my body. Continue to pray. Continue to grow your faith. Continue to share the story for the sake of Jesus. The sole purpose of our lives is to further the kingdom of God, and bring Him glory. This story will do just that. When the enemy says to "keep to yourself" because you aren't sure of the outcome just yet- you remind him that "no one whose hope is in HIM will EVER be put to shame!" I can tell you this for certain though, that the intimacy experienced from the Love of God, is far more colorful than gray. It's full of hues we've yet to see and can only experience within. Because He is the author of love, and is love Himself. And if you're looking for a romance, a relationship, a lover- He's the one for you. And it would thrill me to tell you all about Him. 2/12/2015 0 Comments When He HoversOn my way home, driving in the car, I could see a swell of fog blanketing the road ahead. In the distance, everything familiar and to come was covered by a thick cloud of smoke. It was growing in strength as distance went on, because everything just a few feet from the start, was invisible. As if someone had pulled a Houdini and created an illusion with giant mirrors. It was getting closer now, and the edges of the road I was now on were covered. Grass and the edges of the road remained hidden, and only the central point of the street was clear enough to maneuver. I slowed a bit, knowing to be safe, my eyes would have to adjust. Moments later I was approaching the thickest portion. The fog came at the car windshield like an oncoming truck. It smacked right into the glass, causing me to dodge back as if it could penetrate the glass. But it couldn't. Quickly everything was covered in pale white and gray. What I once knew out of routine and familiarity, was gone and replaced with moisture in the form of gas. Only a few feet in front of the car hood was visible. It's dangerous. And scary. And hard as a human to grasp only seeing for a few steps. But that's exactly what we need to do. That's exactly what we have to do. As I sat at the barely seen red light, waiting for my turn to make a left, I felt like God was revealing His strategy for our city. For our nation. Our families. And the globe. He's covering the earth, like fog. His spirit is descending and it's rising and growing in intensity all around us. It will get to a place where it smacks us in the face if we aren't closely watching and waiting. And it will only grow stronger. It will only grow thicker and more intense. He's already pouring out His Spirit on Cape Coral, and Lee county, and Florida, and North America, and the Earth- but whether you can see it or not is dependent on your spiritual eyes. There's coming a day when regardless of what you choose to see- it will be so thick and so heavy and so great that you won't be able to mistake it. It's scary to our flesh. Our natural selves panic because it requires us to walk by faith. You cannot see much of what is ahead. Only rest in what is immediately before you- knowing victory is on the other side. Don't be fooled by what is seen. Because soon you won't be able to see anything except the Spirit, and it will be hovering over the earth. The Bible talks about Jesus' return being as "in the days of Noah". What does that even mean? It means things will be similar to what happened immediately preceding the flood. As a sign and a warning to people. I truly believe that part of that has to do with Gods spirit hovering over the earth. Just as His spirit hovered over the waters of the deep. So He is hovering over our city and homes. His word says He will pour out His spirit on ALL flesh- or people- in the last days. And that people will dream dreams, and have visions, and prophesy. And I believe that this is all part of the prelude to His return. I don't know if it will be tomorrow. I don't know if it will be next week, or next year. But I can tell you it's coming. And it's coming soon. For those of you who have been ready any or all of my posts, thanks for continuing to read. But the goal isn't that I get a bazillion subscribers to the blog. The goal is to make Jesus famous. If you don't know Him, and want to- the God who heals, who saves, who makes us new, who hovers over and pours out His spirit, I beg you to welcome Him into your everyday- today. It's not a complicated thing. It just takes you- talking to Him- and saying "I'm wrong. You're right. You rule over me. I'll follow." Ask Him to forgive you. Since we've all made mistakes and screwed up in life. He will make you fresher than fresh. Ask Him to be Lord. That means you give up control and the right to be right, and allow Him and His word to be the standard for your day to day. Ask the Spirit to reside in you. It means allowing His Holy Spirit to empower you, since there's no way in the works you can do it on your own. And He will. He will do it. Just because He's good. He wants to cover you with His love and His goodness. So let Him. And for those of you who already know Him, open up your eyes...cause He's hovering, yo. 2/10/2015 0 Comments No other NameEL, ELOAH: God "mighty, strong, prominent" (Genesis 7:1; Isaiah 9:6) – etymologically, El appears to mean “power,” as in “I have the power to harm you” (Genesis 31:29). El is associated with other qualities, such as integrity (Numbers 23:19), jealousy (Deuteronomy 5:9), and compassion (Nehemiah 9:31), but the root idea of might remains. There are so many more- and they all confirm who God is. Because He is the Name above EVERY name. With four kids, you often find yourself calling for "whatever your name is" when the situation is urgent. I feel for the people who out of "love for cute names that sound the same" have to call out names that sound the same. "Joe! I mean Bo! I mean Mo!" You done messed yourself up, momma! Paco and I have always taken great caution when naming our kids. It's funny how many people you realize you despise in life as their names are quickly taken off the "list" of possibilities. We also try not to name our kids something that's super common, in order to avoid the 5th grade embarrassment of twenty-seven "Sarah's" in the room. (Not that Sarah is a terrible name!) We've just always been keen to good, unique, and creative names for the kids. (Without trying to ruin the child's future with forty-eight letters, or names easily made fun of). "What's the big deal?" People ask me often. "Just pick a name you like" Except it isn't that straightforward. You're going to call this kid- in fact everyone EVER - will call this kid by their name- for the rest of their life. While it sounds proposterous, let's think for a moment of the exaggerated example of naming your kid " failure". Everytime you ask a question, greet him or her, affirm, encourage, or rebuke this kid- you'll be calling them a failure. Over and over and over again. I know I know- that's a little bit of an over-reach right? Or is it? Now I'm not here to bash all the parents who chose names to fit a particular letter pattern, or a family name, or any other naming tradition. But I do want to point out the significance of naming your child something of value. In the Bible, names were given. Names were changed. By God and for God. We see Abram changed to Abraham. Which literally became "father of nations" to which- he was not- but would become. Along with his wife, Abrahams new name from God affirmed the promise given to him. We see Jacob given the name Israel. Because he literally wrestles with God over a blessing. But you know what? He wrestled until he got what he wanted! And God granted him a name change. Gideon was called out by God- as a "man of valor". But we can see by reading the description in the word, that he was anything and everything but valiant. He was actually quite the coward. But God saw the promise that laid within Gideon, and called it out anyways. We see in Jeremiah that a false prophet was given the name Pashur- telling everyone he encountered from then on, that he lied about what God said. God revealed his destiny with the change of his name. As believers, we are also promised a New name, in revelation, after having overcome the trouble of this world to the end! That my friends is good news! That means there is promise - and destiny- waiting on the other side of glory for those who hang onto Jesus! (Come on somebody!) Now think for a moment. Of your son or daughter. Or even yourself. What is your name? What does your name mean? Do you see those characteristics? I watch my kids, and see the things we purposefully prayed for and chose as qualities for their lives- portrayed daily- although given by a name. Teaghan is one we get questions about often. Her name literally means "pretty little girl". I know as her mom I am biased- but people stop us everywhere to tell us how beautiful she is. We affirm that characteristic each time we say her name. Adalynn's middle name means "kind, prettiest of the sisters". And I'm not going to play favorites. But she holds a different quality than the other girls. She is the most kind-hearted baby you will meet this side of heaven. Not because I say- but because others continue to tell me. Why? I firmly believe it's in her name. We are literally calling forth the qualities and promises for their lives. There's power in spoken word. That's why the Bible is clear that faith comes when we HEAR the word. And that our tongue has the power of life and death. And why we need to SPEAK to the mountains and watch them fall into the seas. The enemy knows the power of a cry and a shout- which is why he will do his best to keep you silent- be it from shyness, or oppression. But as parents- we rattle off at the mouth when we need to summon a child! You're shouting out destiny and future for your son or daughter! I wanted to write this post not to describe the power in a name- though that's happening. I wanted to share with everyone who has been following our story, and watching God move, know what name we've chosen for the baby. I also wanted to share the meaning of the name. Just like God chose the name John for Zachariah's son, and just as Jesus would be called Emmanuel- because He is with us- there is a reason for the name we've chosen. Before you turn your nose up at our decision- please know we've prayerfully considered and thought through this choice. Though we are walking by faith and believing for a miracle- we are not naive to think it may be one of the only decisions we make for this baby. The baby will be called Esther Jubilee. Esther wasn't our first choice. We know close friend who just named a daughter this (love you Coriell's!) and that kinda breaks a Curzio-cardinal rule. But when the prayer warrior of the century calls you at 10pm to tell you God showed her the baby's name- you listen. Esther translates to a few root words. (I'm going to cite quite a few resources- so please know- I'm not a scholar!) The name Esther is a common off-the-shelf Persian word, meaning Star. But to a Hebrew audience the name Esther, the way it was written, had far more meaning than simply the word "star" in the language of their abductors. The name Esther reminded them of a compound of אסון (ason), meaning evil, harm, from the assumed root אסה ("sh), plus the word תר (tor) meaning a circle or plait or תר (tor) meaning dove; both from the verb תור (tur), to spy or search out. In that way, the foreign name Esther would have looked to mean "She Searches Out Evil" to a Hebrew audience. Then there is the word אסר (asar), meaning to tie, bind, gird, with among its derivatives אסור (esur) meaning bond, band, and אסר (issar), binding obligation. And finally we list the root סתר (satar), hide or conceal, with among its derivatives סתר (seter) and סתרה (sitra) both meaning hiding place, and מסתר (mistar) hiding place. That way, the name Esther would have sounded like "I Am A Hiding Place". Stars also, play a major role in the Bible. Astrologists agree with the Bible that stars were created to serve as signs (Genesis 1:14). God promises Abraham that his offspring would be like the stars (Genesis 15:5) and Daniel reports that those who lead the many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever (12:3). Paul explains that Abraham's offspring is Christ and whoever is in Christ (Galatians 3:29), and when the magi come to look for the newborn Christ and say that they saw His star in the east (Matthew 2:2), they might have simply referred to the Book of Esther and the other Scriptures that Israel left them after they went back to Canaan: by saying "We read your stuff and we totally dug it." Esther also carries the meaning "myrtle". Which is not as common a word today. Myrtle is a type of shrub or plant. It's evergreen - and doesn't wither or die in adverse weather conditions. Think of the crowns made for ancient Olympians. It was the plant that was used to crown the heads of victors, as they defeated all odds in the Olympic Games. Some scholars also believe, that the branch brought back to Noah, by the Dove, after the cataclysmic event of the flood, signaling dry land and safety- was in fact a piece of myrtle branch. As olive as myrtle branches were both synonymous in those days with bearing essential oils for various uses. We are believing and confessing and calling forth the promises of this baby, with the name Esther. We believe that with her testimony, rather than cowering down to evil- she will seek out the enemy. She will spy out the land, and know full well where her help comes from. She will be a shining star to medical professionals both near and far, with the miraculous healing that takes place on her head. She will shine forth as a sign to this generation, and this culture, as a testimony of the true, living God. Her life will shine brightly and lead people to the Saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We are believing that she will also be a victorious overcomer of anencephaly- and that she will be crowned on her beautiful and perfect head- with a crown of life! I find it ironic - and just like Jesus- to have this name mean "I am a hiding place", when at the last ultrasound, she was hidden from the camera's view. The words of the doctor were that she was "hidden". And he didn't even know! But God did! And she will remain in the secret place until He has finished His work in her- and when she arrives, she will become a hiding place and safe refuge for the broken and hurting- to find Jesus as the Rock who bursts forth with water for their dry and thirsty souls. We are also believing that she will be the sign for many, just like to Noah, that hope has come. That the raging, and roaring seas of destruction and doom have come to an end and are now draining away. That God is making all things new, and that there is safety in Him! Jubilee is a name Paco picked. After weeks of agonizing over name choices- he threw this one out. I quickly googled the meaning to search out it's "promise" before agreeing. One click, and I knew it was a fit! Perfect at that! Jubilee is a celebration of God's people, every 50 years. Many believe that 2015 is a year of Jubilee. But regardless - it will be her name. Jubilee was a celebration. It was a time when debts were forgiven, slaves were made free, and when God's mercies were manifest. Jesus also began his public ministry during a year of jubilee. This was when He performed miracles that we see recorded in the Bible. It means Joy and freedom and the manifestation of God's mercy to His people. That word "manifest" isn't exactly used in everyday jargon. The word we would see as more familiar, would be "conjure". A witch or a wizard would "conjure" up a spell, or a stew, or a potion- from nothing. But keep in mind- these are counterfeits. And yet people so quickly believe in their power. But don't be fooled! The real power is that which can create something from nothing! The God who made man, and woman, and breathed life into their mortal bodies. The God who makes dirty broken vessels into jars of clay for storing His glory! He manifests His presence- just POOF! And it's there. Nothing and then something. That's the only "Big Bang" I believe in. The manifestation of Gods power. And it happened at the Jubilee. This baby will be a celebration. People all across the globe will celebrate the victory of her life- and the glory will go to the only one worthy of the praise! We believe that as people share her story, that God will Manifest His mercy- and the spiritually bound will be set free! That those indebted to sin, will experience forgiveness and that Gods mercies would manifest to His people and the Globe! We believe that just as Jesus performed miracles for people to see and marvel at in the year of jubilee, that she will be a miraculous sign for people to see Gods power and goodness on display. And we believe that God will manifest His mercy upon her- and create something from nothing- a brain and skull where previous scans showed emptiness and blank space! God is up to something and I am thrilled to be a part of it!!! So now- would you pray for her by name? Call out her destiny and promise and future with us, before she even enters this world? Esther Jubilee will be a testimony of the Power of the living, reigning, sovereign God. Start telling your coworkers. Start telling your families. Start telling your friends and the mailman and the grocer and the bank teller. Start telling the strangers you see- that God is alive - and He's doing a miracle- and that His power will be seen in Esther Jubilee!!! And more than that- His power can be seen in their very lives too. If only they would call on His name. |
